You will deal directly with one person: Alan Thompson. I am the business owner and will be your point of contact from start to finish, and for on-going support.  On this website I use the terms "Us" and "We" because I do use some outsource partners (e.g. for hosting) but you don't have to worry about that.

English is my only language, and I won't baffle you with technical stuff (unless you are really interested). You will never have to deal with a call centre.

As a sole-trader I have low overheads and that is why my prices are very competitive, yet the quality of work remains outstanding.

My goal is to provide you with world class web design, development and graphic design services. I will get your business online quickly without any hassle. I will even write content for you if needed, or design a company logo to match your website with your letterheads.

A good online presence for your business is essential now - for many potential customers the internet is the first place they look for suppliers. Compared with the cost of a yellow pages ad. a website offers far more bang for your buck. You can upload your own 'photos and change the site text easily whenever you want.

Remember that your website belongs to you outright, and the only ongoing cost is for hosting and domain name registration (e.g. company.com.au) ~$200/year.

You will get agency-grade services (like big business enjoys) but at the most competitive rates that individuals and smaller companies can easily afford.
